Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), individuals defined as "data subjects" ("Data Subject") are granted the right to apply to the Data Controller, TİMS GRUP, concerning their personal data and the rights listed under Article 11 of KVKK. Applications regarding these rights must be submitted to our group in writing or electronically, in accordance with Article 13(1) of KVKK and the relevant provisions of the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, via the methods listed below.

1. APPLICATION METHODS:

For applications to TİMS GRUP under the Personal Data Protection Law, the following information must be included, as required by Article 5(2) of the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated March 10, 2018:

- Name and surname (and signature if the application is in writing),
- National ID number for Turkish citizens, passport number for foreign nationals,
- Notification address, electronic mail address, phone, and fax number (if applicable),
- Details of the request.

2. APPLICATION CHANNELS:

Written Applications:

Written applications to TİMS GRUP can be submitted by completing the “Application Form” available on the website (www.tims.tv) and delivering a signed hard copy of the form containing the above details, along with identity verification documents:

- By hand, to the TİMS GRUP headquarters located at Levent Mah. Levent Cad. Lale Sokak No:11 Levent, Istanbul, either personally or through an authorized representative with a notarized power of attorney related to rights under KVKK Article 11,
- By notary,
- By registered mail with return receipt to the same address.

Electronic Applications:

Electronic applications to TİMS GRUP can be submitted by completing the “Application Form” containing the above details and:

- Signing it with a "secure electronic signature" certificate defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending it via email to info@tims.tv,
- Sending it from your registered electronic mail (KEP) account to the KEP address of the relevant company listed in the annex.

Applications submitted to us will be resolved as quickly as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the nature of your request, and will be responded to in writing or electronically. If any deficiency in your application is identified, the application will be suspended until the deficiency is resolved within seven (7) days of notification. If the deficiency is not corrected within this period, the application will be considered invalid.

Should the process incur an additional cost, no fee will be charged for up to ten (10) pages, and a fee of 1.00 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page exceeding ten pages, in accordance with Article 7 of the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

TİMS GRUP reserves the right to request additional documents to verify identity/authorization or substantiate your request, to prevent legal risks arising from unlawful and unjust data sharing, ensure the security of your personal data, and conduct a proper review of your request. TİMS GRUP does not accept responsibility for any incorrect information or unauthorized applications.
